All prices listed in our website are in Euro currency and they include all the taxes Shipping charges are not included in the prices quoted as well. We accept payments through Paypal and the major credit cards - bank transfer
In our store you can buy anything you wish, obviously take advantage of buying different small or multiple items to combine shipping cost but there is NOT a minimum amount order.
Items availability
We usually have plenty of items of the same kind in stock but, as we also run a store on eBay, all items offered on our website are subject to availability.
When you place an order , in the same time that we calculate shipping costs and send you total, you will get the confirmation of availability on all the items you have bought and in case we don't have something we may ask you to replace it with something similar, remove it from your order or if you are not in hurry you could wait for it to be available ( many of our items are produced in our workshop and it may take just few days to be ready )
ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE ITALY
When you order, please note that our system is not able to calculate exact shipping rate due to many factors such as total weight and final size of the box, it cannot send the final invoice immediately
Once you finish your order send it to us we will send a total invoice with correct shipping and only then, if you wish to complete your order, you will be redirect to pay by paypal or by bank transfer as you wish. Please note that we also need your mobile number as reference for the courier.

ORDINI DA CLIENTI RESIDENTI IN ITALIA
Per ordini da clienti in Italia le spese di spedizioni concordate con il Ns corriere sono fissate in 7,90 € fino al primo kg e per tutti i prodotti che vlete a parte le scatole entomologiche e alcuni prodotti chimici che , dato il peso e il volume possono avere delle aggiunte sui costi spedizione , lo vedrete aggiunto in automatico sui costi spedizione
Il nostro sistema, non rilevando il peso della merce dà comunque l'ok al pagamento immediato con una spedizione di default di 7,90 € ( comprensiva di costi per imballo ) in questo modo potrete terminare l'acquisto e verrete reindirizzati sul modulo di pagamento di Paypal, tutto questo per agevolare il servizio e velocizzare i tempi di spedizione e ricezione della merce.
Qualora intervenissero variazioni nei costi di spedizione ne sarete immediatamente informati sul sito.
Per ordini superiori i 150,00 € la spedizione e' gratuita per tutta Italia isole comprese
Cancellation and complaint
You have the right to cancel your order within 2 weeks of delivery. Then you can return products in unused and unchanged condition at your expense and we refund you the amount for the items you don't want anymore less postage.
We check all our products during and after production to supply our customers high quality products. However, if you get a clearly defective product, please report it immediately by e-mail we'll find the way of solving the problem.
We advice you to check the package once you receive it.
If any of the goods are damaged, because of a damaged package occouring during delivery please report that to the courier and ask to fill a complaint form for damaged package and inform us about it.
We do our best to pack in the safer way but we cannot guarantee the package's safety, since the courier pick it until delivery it is not up to us , please understand it
Diritto di recesso
Ai sensi dell'art. 64 e segg del D.Lgs. n. 206/2005 se hai effettuato un ordine che ha come oggetto un prodotto fisico, hai il diritto di recedere dal contratto senza indicarne le ragioni entro 14 giorni, dopodiché il diritto di recesso non potrà più essere esercitato.
N.B.: Il diritto di recesso può essere esercitato nel caso in cui il Cliente Consumatore sia una persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale, ovvero non abbia effettuato l'acquisto indicando nel modulo d'ordine un riferimento di Partita IVA.
La società EntomoAlex-gr si riserva di verificare le richieste di reso ricevute da parte di aziende Clienti ed Enti.
